Shipping Policy

Since our products are natural and mostly plant-based, some might not be allowed in your country. If we know a product is illegal in your country, we won’t be able to process your order. It’s up to you to make sure all the items you order are allowed in your country. We’re not responsible for packages that get lost by the shipper or for products that are returned, seized, or destroyed because of customs regulations that we didn’t anticipate.

Return Policy

You can return your parcel within 14 days of receiving it. Just make sure the contents are in their original packaging, unharmed, and unused.

Returned Orders

If a shipment is returned for any reason beyond our control, and you want it reshipped, we’ll charge you for the shipping costs.

Refunds

If herbs or herbal products are on the way for a long time, they might lose their value. Since we don’t restock returned products, we can’t fully refund returned orders. Refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis. We don’t refund shipping costs. For refunds, there’s an administration fee of US$15.

Delivery Time

You can find estimated delivery times on our website when you’re ordering. However, we can’t guarantee the delivery times and can’t be held responsible for any delays. Customs authorities might look at your parcel and delay delivery. Customs is something we can’t control.

We ship all packages using EMS, Registered Post, or your preferred courier service, with an extra charge if approved. You’ll receive a tracking number, so you can easily keep an eye on your parcel and need to sign for it. If the parcel can’t be delivered, we’ll send it back to us. To ensure your order arrives quickly, securely, and safely, we recommend checking the tracking details and confirming the delivery address. Once your shipment is sent, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please follow the instructions for tracking and delivery. Also, please double-check that we have the correct delivery address and follow up if needed.
